Actually that's the 2nd time I over wound it...

I don't think I am very rough with it, I have various other manual wind watches before and I wind them just fine. Maybe just bad luck.
All along I have been following the instructions stated in the manual - wind until the crown resists turning and then turn the crown back 1 turn. That usually takes me about 50-55 turns. This is so that I enjoy the full 60hrs power reserve. But from now (after I get the watch back), I am just going to wind it maybe 20-30 winds and do it every day.. NOT (*touch wood!*) going to send this back to ALS for a 3rd time for the same spring issue!
