First purchase of 2017
I received my first watch purchase of 2017 today. Also my first watch from an independent.
It's the Habring2 X Timezone Erwin ref. TZ21. Limited Edition of 21 pieces to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Timezone.com . Mine is #19/21. Paid my down payment back in January of this year, shortly after which they all sold out.
This model like the regular production Erwin has the inhouse movement with dead-beat seconds complication.
The difference is in the dial and hands and bezel. The sector dial is based on a PP ref. 96 Calatrava dial from the 1930s and features blued leaf hands. 38.5 mm Ø and around 9 mm thick it comes in a classic size. The bezel is stepped and that trim feature makes the watch all the more elegant.
Manual winding and no-date. Perfect

mine was one of the first to be delivered in Jan and in the meantime Richard changed the
length of the hands. He sent me the new pair but just haven't gone round to change them
I don't know why he changed but I guess
RIIchard or William M thought they would look better a bit shorter. I haven't put my shorter hands on yet so can't comment on which I prefer
