You're right. That said, a buckle is traditional on a leather strap, isn't it, and a clasp on a metal bracelet? As for a winder, do you really want to run the watch all the time? Personally, I wouldn't work such a find watch so hard.

I'm surprised about the watch winder. Previous perpetual calendars - the other model - did have a winder. Lange does have the best Tang Buckle in the industry though! The best! I'm okay with Lange's Tang buckle, but I admit, I do prefer a deployment buckl...

Lange did a nice job displaying the perpetual calendar features on this dial. This watch definitely has mass appeal.
