very nice gesture of you. 37mm is a classic size for a dress watch but many will find it small at first, and it may be a change for your brother if he is used to sports watches. I would involve him in the decision, if he likes larger there are 40mm (+) Langes that you could look at like the Saxonia Thin or the Richard Lange.
