If a watch doesn't fit well, it's a poor purchase for YOU, no matter how technologically admirable it is or attractive on the wrist (for others). It's a shame to find out the hard way after buying the watch, so I commend you for trying on more than a few available watches.
I will often swap the direction of the strap on the case, so the buckle fastens the other way round, and that helps position a watch in the center of my wrist bones. But if it's not comfortable either way, I won't wear it. That means resell it
There are plenty of other beautiful watches that are no-complaints comfortable for everyone, so I'd keep looking.
