The one-touch corrector button...

I've enjoyed the Langematik Perpetual for many years, since shortly after it was introduced. My wrist circumference is 154mm/6".
I have a very strong preference for the earlier version with the protruding rectangular "one-push" corrector. That's because I rarely wear the watch and I don't keep it on a winder. Because of this, the protruding pusher allows me to advance all functions very easily. For example, I push that one button 30 times with my finger if I haven't worn the watch in a month. Actuating the recessed pusher that appears on later models is more cumbersome, time-consuming, and requires a toothpick or stylus.
I also have a strong preference for the shinier, newer rhodium dials. As Colton mentioned, there are two distinctive rhodium dials on the platinum version of the Langematik Perpetual. One is shiny and one is matte. It may be difficult to find the combination of the protruding pushbutton (which was early) and the shinier dial (which came later).
It's a tough watch, too. Here's a photo of one that probably went through the laundry machine (and continued to work just fine afterwards, despite all the case blemishes):
