Concerning french cuff ....
In fact it depends on the size of the cuff. The watch is not thick so it goes very well with it. I would say that you won't have more problems with this watch than any other dressy watch (except the ultra thins of course). Take your time to think about it...

that though the case may measure something less than 40mm, the dial itself may seem larger given a thinner bezel/lunette..... and the 1815 DOES look good on your wrist J

I feel it fit best among all the choices I tried. I wanted a nice complication but ultimately this is what felt right. I am sure it will be my first of many to come and I will have lots of other complicated pieces to choose in the future.
