In the end of 60's and beginning 70's JLC made several similar watches with this kind of crown. Yours looks lika Vogue-9046 (the one to the left). Here in the 1971 catalogue with black dial. Is yours WG? Hope this helps. Best Blomman...

Some more hard to find Cabarets
The Nota romana from 2003: very rare! Cabarets with the caliber L931.2, without small second hand BUT diamond crusted ... so you can imagine how rare these are. But anyhow: a nice Lange indeed! Regards Moritz
