I am fond of the Cabaret for long years. Last spring, I sold my 1815, and upgrade my Lange approach with a white gold and blue dial Cabaret . The quest was long and hard, but I succeed.
Here it is. I like the big date in this kind of case. The blue dial is very difficult to catch, and I apologize for my poors pics :




In the end of 60's and beginning 70's JLC made several similar watches with this kind of crown.
Yours looks lika Vogue-9046 (the one to the left).
Here in the 1971 catalogue with black dial.
