WOW I love them Would have prefered centerseconds myself too: like the indirect center seconds as seen on the regular Richard Lange, but I can imagine the fusee & chain taking up to much interior space to allow for a center second or indirect center secon...

It's just i would say a less sophisticated way to say "stop-seconds". But i believe what you are referring to is the function where the entire movement stops after 36 hours exactly? I dont know what the name of that is, but since it stops the whole drive-... 

as the hacking feature is very usefull imho. I know it has the 36hour PR stop function as per the text of SJX' post below. Edwin

but for me, watch of the year 2008. Brilliant watch in conception and execution. Wish I could have been there to see it in the flesh as well. I love off-center second hands, so for me, no problem. Also love the enamel dial and the uniqueness of the mechan...

Thanks for showing us for the 1st time the movement in real! Looks great, and i'm sure this being a Lange, won't lack at all in the finish department. One point i find strange since it was released though, it seems that both in the press photos and in the...

In terms of construction and finishing. So in the chronograph category it is number 1. There are other chronographs more innovative, like Maurice Lacroix Memoire 1, so if you take innovation as a critera then the Datograph has competition. The Datograph i...
