IMHO it is a very beautiful design. The dial is clean and elegant. Nothing cut (no Arabic number cut) . The date adds character nicely, a firm Lange. It is also at gentleman perfect size and thickness.
and I do not think those are underrated. But I get your point. I think most Lange watches are underrated, especially the "entry level" ones. But that's fine by me. I'd rather have a time only Saxonia or 1815 than a Calatrava. Best, Ian
...it is an incredibly under-rated watch, period. But it is not unappreciated. I would take it over any other AC. The only other watch in its class (IMHO) is the VC 47050 but I think that is a triple calendar.
