Just keep the invoice and make sure it says serviced, with date and warranty period. I would think it mean all encompassing except for the wear and tear parts.

Because I didn’t give them my booklets. I wish they advised me to do so, although the invoice doesn’t even have the words service on it. I also registered my watch with Lange many years ago so maybe I can get something directly from Lange. Overall a disap...

I always ask for one. The rest of it sounds like time and cost saving pure laziness with the benefit to them of giving you very little evidence as to what was documented as actually done. Do you know if/what parts were replaced? Did you get them returned?...
