I recently serviced one of my Lange watches. It was the first first service several years after purchasing the watch. My AD provided an invoice with no information. There was no record of service whatsoever. When I called to ask for the service details th... 

Just keep the invoice and make sure it says serviced, with date and warranty period. I would think it mean all encompassing except for the wear and tear parts.

Especially if you paid for it.

I was given full paperwork and didn’t need to give them my warranty card or booklet, which I had at home.

Because I didn’t give them my booklets. I wish they advised me to do so, although the invoice doesn’t even have the words service on it. I also registered my watch with Lange many years ago so maybe I can get something directly from Lange. Overall a disap... 

But I think that if you contact Lange directly I suppose you will get the details as they must have the records. I agree that just have an invoice does not do the trick. I just discovered also the letter from Lange to the AD, it also list the complete wor...  

I always ask for one. The rest of it sounds like time and cost saving pure laziness with the benefit to them of giving you very little evidence as to what was documented as actually done. Do you know if/what parts were replaced? Did you get them returned?...
