I think a lot of this is in our head
You can say many things about the post-corona world, but one good thing is that (for me) it questioned a lot of old tropes, eg. ‘does work need to be done in the office:, ‘do I need to wear a suit every day’, ‘will wearing this watch send the wrong signal’, etc.
You try it and then realize that convention had kept you doing things in a certain way, but the alternative way works too.
