I find it more logic ...
If one thinks about how to measure time over a day, I find the decimal system the most logic but know that it didn't make it far beyond the French revolution and therefore remains a bit esoteric like thinking about equality... If one follows the 24h/day system, it seems for me more comfortable to show this without the need to add a.m. and p.m. The advantage of the Zeitwerk is then that it doesn't conflict with the habitual assessment of time on a 12h watch with hands ..

Why do you think you would prefer 24h? I would definitely prefer it if it were smaller/thinner - but I get the engineering challenges involved!

Not for me. It’s a mechanical watch
with a gorgeous movement. And I want it to feel mechanical, not like an LCD display. But it’s a very personal feeling of course. I definitely understand that you can feel differently. Best, Emmanuel
