In Patek I’ve seen a You Tube video for setting an annual calendar. It states that date window is under motion between 8 pm to 2 am and one should not change date during this period. Moon phase mode is under change from 9 am to 12 noon, therefore ideally watch should be adjusted between 1 pm to 6 pm to be on the safer side.
Moon should be adjusted to the previous full moon, after consulting a lunar calendar (dates are mentioned on the Patek Philippe site) and then be forwarded by actuator pushing one for each day till the current date hope it may help. Regards
