I would sell the Moser and buy the Lange 1. Please do not sell the Saxonia because at 35mm it fits your wrist perfectly, a lot better than the Moser. I wear a 34.6mm Patek and after a month, I am still finding it difficult to get accustomed to my 38.8mm Moser fume dial concept watch. Thank god for the curved lugs but still 4mm is a difference. The Moser movement is lovely and very well finished and so is the Saxonia but the latter is more accurate at +3 -2 seconds a day v the Moser's +6 / 0 seconds a day. Many do not care much about such variances but a minority like me do

Given your choices, if it was me I'd let the Moser go-but I have a very strong attachment to Lange. May I suggest you pay attention to what you wear the most over the next month or 6 weeks and use the other one to fund the L1.

Since it's really dressy and I doubt u will wear it much after getting the Lange 1.. also I would also avoid being so overweight on Lange and having a "diversified portfolio" of makers make more sense to me now.. also just go for the 38.5mm... if I recall...
Other things to consider are :
- dial Color : black wears smaller - bezel thickness - thinner bezels, all else being equal wears bigger.. so I feel tat the little Lange could wear as large as the 38.5.. - 36mm small by today's standard could be illiquid, if u eventually want to let it ...

Depending on watch budget (if budget is unlimited you can do whatever you want)
I personally would try to keep the collection as diverse as possible. That way you really strap on a different watch when you pick one from your collection. So I would keep the Moser and flip the Saxonia if you really want a Lange 1.
