Shall I sell my only ALS to fund a Lange 1?
Guys, as you may notice I always admire the design and story of ALS, unfortunately most of their watches wear a tad too big on my skinny wrist (due to their case diameter and lugs design).
Therefore I went for a 35mm Saxonia in Feb this year and I am still in love with it.
From times to times I could spot preowned Lange 1 36mm on the internet. Which, although I never put one on my wrist, should fit me and it is a true icon!
Which leads me to think of such question: shall I sell my young Saxonia (my only ALS so far) to fund the purchase of the Lange 1 36mm (preowned of course)? Or I shall sell my other watch (say Moser Mayu) and keep the Saxonia?
What would you do?

I WOULD get a Lange 1 if possible. (Disclosure-I have one.)
Given your choices, if it was me I'd let the Moser go-but I have a very strong attachment to Lange. May I suggest you pay attention to what you wear the most over the next month or 6 weeks and use the other one to fund the L1.

I would sell the Moser and buy the Lange 1. Please do not sell the Saxonia because at 35mm it fits your wrist perfectly, a lot better than the Moser. I wear a 34.6mm Patek and after a month, I am still finding it difficult to get accustomed to my 38.8mm Moser fume dial concept watch. Thank god for the curved lugs but still 4mm is a difference. The Moser movement is lovely and very well finished and so is the Saxonia but the latter is more accurate at +3 -2 seconds a day v the Moser's +6 / 0 seconds a day. Many do not care much about such variances but a minority like me do 
Size doesnt matter, its all in the mind......to quote SheWhoMustBeObeyed, reassuringly :)-
my smallest watch is only 16mm Omega and biggest is 60mm Panerai.....i wear them all with equal enthusiasm.

I really admire
people who can wear watches of all sizes and perhaps I am too rigid in my ways (I know I am!) but a watch has to suit my wrist. I find too many people are so nuts about watches that they will buy a beautiful looking watch which may not necessarily fit their wrist but due to their love for the watch, they would not prioritise the fitment of the watch on their wrist. I respect that we are all different with different priorities but I believe from previous posts, our friend Musigny, is one who does care about the size of a watch against his wrist.

A timeless dress watch. I'd let the Moser free to fund the Lange 1. Pre-owned for pre-owned.

We always discussed about this arbitrage together and, between your Saxonia and Moser, you should let go the Moser in my opinion.
You bought your Saxonia very recently and you still love it. You want the L1 (that's obvious) what I fully understand. Size is something important for you (something I can understand too).
So, no more hesitation. Sell your Moser and buy the little L1 😉

Decision becomes difficult because both the Saxonia and Moser are my new acquisitions. Even though the Moser is bigger on the paper it still fits my wrist and I also love and enjoy wearing it.
I may end up having two dressy Lange in my collection if I sell the Moser. Or I should diversify the brands and characters of my watch collection?

May be you'll have two Lange in your collection if you sell your Moser and buy the "little" L1 but both this last one and your Saxonia are so different (both dressy as you said but the L1 as a much more sporty look for me and it's more versatile). Of course, they share the same DNA but they're, in my opinion, complementary.
I know that decisions are sometimes hard to take but we can feel that you really love and want to own this L1. You need to fund it so you have to take a decision. As Luis6 told you previously, listen to your heart and you'll have your answer 😉

Is one of the most desirable watches among this forum! Go for it! What you sell to fund it unfortunately will have to be your decision to make
you are posting in the Lange forum :)
Thus most people would say keep the Lange. I would agree with Padj, just check which you use more and sell the one you wear least.
Good luck on your hunt for a Lange 1. I almost pulled the trigger on a white gold/ blue hands before but hesitated.
I then saw a watch I was eyeing for (PP5960) and pulled the trigger, so now the Lange 1 is again on hold.
I am still waiting for the new Lange 1 with day/night indicator moonphase.

I am testing my preference with "pre-Lange 1" status. The reason I would wear my Saxonia more often now is because I don't own a Lange 1 yet. The Saxonia might get very little wrist time after my Lange 1 acquisition?
