so when you buy the Lange 1, if the Saxonia gets less wrist time then maybe its time to sell it? After that get a PP5711?

may seem like the majority choice, it is ultimately which two of the three watches you love most - ie the Saxonia v the Lange 1 v the Moser?And if you conclude that you love and desire all three equally then  I would normally score each watch out of ten under the categories of movement finishing, resale value, size, affordability, brand, exclusitivity, desirability, dial appearance and accuracy,and choose the two with the highest overall score!

i got the same problem as you before, but my choice was to sell my saxonia to finance 1815 chronograph which was soon discontinued. But in the end i keep it since it is my first lange (and because of some unexpected fresh disposable income). But i can tell you that i dont regret it. In fact i still use my saxonia more than the new 1815 chrono. She has its own charms and sexiness anyway.

I understand your plight! Disclaimer: I own a Lange 1. I probably wouldn't let fit dictate your decision unless the wrist sizing is egregious! That being said, go with what makes you feel good and gets you excited. Were I to make the decision, I'd sell the Moser.

also just go for the 38.5mm... if I recall, your wrist size can pull of the 38.5mm..besides one of the nicer aesthetic features of the 38.5 is the date pusher, which the 36mm lacks

- dial Color : black wears smaller
- bezel thickness - thinner bezels, all else being equal wears bigger..
so I feel tat the little Lange could wear as large as the 38.5..
- 36mm small by today's standard could be illiquid, if u eventually want to let it go to fund another piece

As far as 2nd hand market is concerned Moser watches usually are sold at a very steep discounts. And if you love your Moser and sell it - you might want to buy the watch again, that will be frustrating for the wallet. At the same time I strongly do not recommend selling small Lange as it is a work of art. Like all the Lange produced.

Maybe save a little and buy L1 while keeping Saxonia and Moser?

My few cents, you like both Saxonia & Moser - keep both & work for the Lange 1 36mm (I'm sure you'll find it, it is not rare).

I think most folks would who owned a Saxonia would wear it far less frequently if they then bought a Lange 1. Would you really wear the Saxonia after buying the Little Lange 1? Sounds like you're questioning that. If I  had to choose, I'd sell the Saxonia and keep the Moser.

The Little Lange 1 is a really wonderful watch! Having a small wrist and owning one of these relatively rare pieces that fits better than the far more common 38.5mm size is a real treat. It feels like an extra-special, custom-made piece in some regards.

I personally would try to keep the collection as diverse as possible. That way you really strap on a different watch when you pick one from your collection.

So I would keep the Moser and flip the Saxonia if you really want a Lange 1.
