1stly, apologies for the late reply! Didn't see people was still replying to my post this late!
For some, such as yourself, I understand that the dial design is paramount. Afterall, even though a movement maybe A+++, isnt it true that the face of the watch, and the one part that we view most often is the dial?
For me, dial is important, true, although the most important part in a piece of haute horlogerie for me is the finish of a movement, especially the anglage.
Therefore, the cutoffs of the 5, 6 & 7 are NOT a flaw to me, and in fact is very much a part of Lange's history, as I did a previous post on this and showed the forum that the ancestor for which the RL PLM was derived from indeed had these cut-offs as well.
Again, this is perfection for me, not because of the way i would have had it, but out of my deepest respects for Lange, the way Lange does it.
