Great writeup and pics!
Thank you Kong for posting this. I don't have a Lange yet but was invited for this gala dinner where I made a few new friends who taught me alot. Coincidentally I was caught in one of your pics!
My next watch will likely be a chrono and the lange 1815 chrono and montblanc villeret pulsographe (which "poisoned" me since last year's montblanc event) are the leading contenders now (I have very small wrists so 39mm suits best and not too thick too). Hope to see you next time.

the age thingee :-) For decade, really appreciate the extraordinary works of previous years; and works with traditional crafts added. What was marvellous, some of the precise and fine work done last time, without the super accurate of today CNC machines ....

I happened to be on a business trip in Singapore last Mar 4-6, and happened to drop by the Lange boutique on the evening of Mar 4. Got the chance to see the 2013 Novelties and love the 1815 Up Down in WG. Didn't know that the boutique was just newly opene...

Hello Robin Lange 1815 is nice, good start piece too :-) Run faster before price revision. Likewise, I prefer 39mm or max 41mm for classic pieces, likewise small wrists :-) Thanks for viewing, and hope to meet you too. Kong
