The new Santos Dumont XL in steel,
Apr 24, 2020,08:51 AM
Today I had a chance to try the new 'Santos-Dumont' in steel,
but now with the mechanical 430MC mechanical caliber.
(case size: 46.6mm x 33.9mm, height of 7.5mm thick)
Despite the name XL, I think the watch looks perfect on my 18cm wrist.
What do you guys think?

Iβm also considering one of the new revealed dumont limited editions, especially the platinum one is really interesting. Still trying to find out how it would look on my wrist though...
Thanks GEO...

I like this one a lot! Kent
Lug to lug is 46,6mm

The way the strap is attached to the case is renewed, the strap fits very tied and you can't feel the lugs at all. I thought it was just perfect, compared to the quartz versions last year. GEO
The platinum in large would fit you for sure

Your Octo Finissimo is much larger. I am surprised the XL fits so well on my 18cm wrist. The way the strap is attached to the case is unbelievable good. GEO
Very nice - an elegant watch.

Geo, thanks for the wrist measurement information. I always assume when I hear βXLβ that it will be too large for my wrist. This looks perfectly sized.

Hi Geo, I was wondering if by any chance you are aware of what the lug width of the XL is ? Any help would be greatly appreciated
