Another nice watch I saw during one of our magic lunches, a Railmaster 135 004 in great shape.

It seems so. I had the same reaction than you, but it seems that Experts on the Railmaster say that from -3, these are the good hands. Obviosuly the Pakistani army didn't only change the dial, but also the hands! ;) [nt]

I know examples of 2914 PAF with broad arrow hands....but well...maybe it's more complicated than that [nt]
