It really suits you, FX 😉

Seriously, it’s interesting how upset some people got. I’m thinking it has to do with individual perceptions of the brand. If you see it as a brand that stands for, cutting edge, ultra performance like F1 - chances are you could be upset and feel that this is making a mockery. If you see it as an ultra luxury brand that doesn’t gives TH bourgeoisie the finger you could love it. I’m not so disturbed as I’m not a fan of the brand, but I find these watches interesting, for some reason. My first thought was that RM is repeating  what Pop Art did 60 years ago. Secondly, form what I read, the craft that went in to doing the candy is pretty sofisticated high end jewelry. Not very different that a well executed enamel dial, by concept.

For now, I like them - much, much more than the typical RM watches. They somehow feel more “genuine” 😉

I love the Bonbon collection. It is refreshing and it explores a territory which is not present in a too serious industry. Once again, Richard Mille gives the proof that a daring attitude combined with a high quality of execution can lead to a successful ...

Am I just too serious? Or did I just not get a dosage of the Kool-Aid?

Who is the target audience? Someone who cares about fashion? Or someone who cares about style? "Fashions fade, style is eternal" - Yves Saint Laurent Everyone I spoke to about these Bonbon pieces at the fair said they liked it. However, I'm in the minorit...

But I like the direction that RM went with it. I'd rather a watch be daring than boring After all you cannot please everybody and no model should please everyone
