This is an excellent example of a new vintage chronograph. 


Let's pretend the winning bidder decides to wear this watch in a rotation. How will the lack of shock protection impact the watch's daily wearability? Are balance staffs actually hard to come by?

but this is absolutely gorgeous, front and back!

The dial is excellent. I like that the registers are period-specific and Baltic has resisted the temptation to enlarge them. The movement looks very nice too.

I'm not sure the watch works as a whole though. The case profile and thickness - while not a problem in other instances - doesn't quite work for me here. It's just a little too thick. Perhaps I've been looking at too many PP and Movado references from the...
