Magnificent photos Baruch!

And a very timely post as I have been corresponding with the brand about this particular watch. Your photos are better than those taken in notable reviews and I compare this watch to Chopard's rose gold jump hour which has a lovely movement, enamel dial in a limited edition of 100. Some might prefer the Chopard but the deciding factor for me would be the size of the watch - The Chopard being 40mm while the Andersen being a more wearable 38mm (more wearable for me anyway!). In addition, I personally prefer the dial of the Andersen which changes in colour with the light.  Also, it is worth noting that Svend Andersen is 79 this year so after having met this pleasant man personally at Salon QP many years ago, it would be a privilege to own this work of art.

Yesterday I raced down to West London for a rare opportunity to photograph a Svend Andersen timepiece. This particular piece (0/40), belonging to the manufacturer, arrived in London a few days ago and my friend Zeina Dakak of ZDLUX&Co. (Andersen's com...

Thanks for snapping and sharing the photos!

I was considering this watch in RG when it first came out. I find it even more compelling in a white metal.

Just one word … amazing

Really like the dial; the solution chosen leads to very little distraction away from the pattern of the guilloché itself. Also like the fact that it combines old world « artisanat » of the guilloche & rose machine with, on the other hand, a pattern that s...

Magnificent dial

The unobstructed guilloche dial wins it for me. And Mr Andersen is a lovely man with a tremendous breadth of knowledge and skills embodied in his timepieces.

A absolute and incredible masterpiece

I’m warmer to this watch that much of Svend Andersen’s previous work. I think you are absolutely right that this watch will appeal to a new clientele.

Thanks for sharing such nice watch pics.

AS makes artistic watch be it exotic or not. This one here is exemplary piece.
