Hello dear friends! Here is my veredict for the WOTW category:...
May 17, 2020,07:00 AM
... It has been my big pleasure to host this edition of WS and I´m delighted with the enthusiastic response of our participants willing to play with their precious toys sharing them with us. Big thanks to all of you friends!!
Before disclosing the winners of the WOTW category I wish to award two Very Special Mentions to:
Mike/Cazalea for his awesome and one of a kind collection of Michelin related scale cars and trucks. I feel this collection as well as many other objects related with the French Tyre brand is unique in the World.
Of course he included a watch among all those cute little yellow cars which as expected remains camouflaged with its yellow dial and straps accents.
Big congrats Mike for gathering this superb collection!
Another Very Special Mention goes for Captain Scarlet for his awesome "Illustrated Toy Story" !! which reminded me of that funny and devilish character of my childhood. Great watches and toys were shown along the story of course!
Now ... Second Place for WOTW goes to Kent/Kkochheiser who shared with us his superb collection of scale cars, pens and cameras and included some great watches from which I choose his Panerai Logo Pre Vendome Non Matching which is some kind of Grail for Panerai collectors/fans and not an easy watch to find.
First Place for the WOTW category goes to...
Mike/The Mad Druid for his fabulous FP Journe Centigraphe. This is a most intriguing and mesmerizing chronograph which has been haunting my soul for some time. I had the pleasure of handling a similar watch some time ago and I could not forget the experience since then. Congrats dear Mike for this winning timepice which I wish you will keep enjoying so much and thank you for sharing with us it together with your toy collection!
Thank you so much again to all participants and have a very nice and safe week ahead my dear friends!
