for me, used for Parmigiani and new for Rolexes.


If $$$ not a concern, like some members said, what do you have and how you like your collection to look like?

Wear both and see if you feel that "ah ha" moment.

Depends how you want to wear the watch and what kind of watches you have.

If I would buy my first fine watch, I would take Rolex Submariner. In my opinion Sea Dweller is clear "overkill". Best, Kari

Submariner and Sea-Dweller are both "masculine" watches. But the SD is the professional diver's watch...its the watch that became iconic for Rolex 50 years ago..... In my view, there is little more attractive on a lady than an overtly masculine watch. It ...

but we have the Kalpa and have never had a Rolex as we think they are too common, But easier to sell if need be to finance another watch..
