UNLIMITED number of 'limited editions'

Following up on another thread ... Does anyone know how many limited editions RM has released since the company started?  There are simply so many limited editions that it's fair to say that the number of limited editions is quite frankly UNLIMITED!  I simply can't keep track of all the limited editions.  It's ironic that the each limited edition means that there will be only a very few number of that particular variation in the world, but in total across all the variations, the number is really only limited by how many total watches the company can produce.


So, does anyone know how many limited editions have been made over the entire time since RM was founded?  Have there been over 1,000 limited editions yet?  There are roughly 3,500 watches produced per year, and I think many of them are part of some limited edition of say 25 or 50 watches, so that's a lot of limited editions in just 1 year.

I loved the brand a few years ago but like you said they release to many limited watches now . Same happend with other Big brands imho

If we look at RM total production which is around 3500 per year then in a sense all his watches are limited editions Another aspect is that most of the tourbillon watches of RM are produced in limited runs ranging from 15 to 75 pieces The limited editions... 

I don't know the figure but I think that limited editions for RM are more about bringing diversity.

I think you have a worthwhile post and I am glad to see a few members like Riddler & Mark have added more thoughful responses. RM is producing now 4k watches this year. And it does not appear the growth is weak so expect even more. I don’t have the answer...
