I had a look at e-bay but really don't know if what is sold work properly or if one should remain distant.
The thing to consider is that it must have the right shape inside but also that the external part must not touch the holes' sides, thus it must not be too thick (hence, it must be a good metallic quality to be reliable).
I would try to contact a RM retailer (not necessarily boutique first) and ask them if I can get one directly from them. Not sure they'll accept but you can still try.
