That's something I also try to emphasize in my replies

You're very right to talk about what we see here compared to what it really represents compared to the volume produced (1 brand or all brands together), to how many it represents "in the wild", hence how often we see watches etc... (and even how many have a quality issue)
Any Patek (or Lange or Indy etc...) are very very rare compared to people wearing watches and people not wearing watches you see outside, at work etc...
We are very thankful for all the members who take time to share their watches here, from the most frequent to the very rare models. This is I think a place where people can feel members share their pleasure or even passion, who will know why we prefer this or that version, who will be able to discuss with puting aside consideration of prices etc....
Hence, I guess this is all the reasons why (and more) people share them here and that's why we see many very rare and expensive models too, whatever the brand is.
Yes, we see here quite many 5131s, 5970, 5070P or Nautilus models but they are very rare to see outside.
This has a little inconvenient: we somtimes feel a watch is not so rare and that it has been massively produced. I think it is a mistake.
Huge congratulations for your new 5370P and thank you for your kind words about this place
Wear it in the best of health and don't hesitate to share some pictures in the future!
Best, Mark
