Sounds like very bad luck!

You would expect that with 1000 hours of testing with the watch cased up that any issues would be sorted long before you get the watch.  I am sure JLC will resolve the issues, but it just takes so long to turn around.  I presume they do another 1000 hours of testing to account for the time, or they have a big backlog.

I feel lucky that my EWC is performing well (immediately touches wood!).  I hope you get a properly functioning watch asap.

I had several problems with my nr. 0002 also ! the play on the 24 hr. ring and the alignment of the hour chrono hand, made me to separate 2 times of my EWC (and a wait in total of 6 months), still it's the watch that gets the most wristtime of my collecti...

Hi Nick, I'm really sorry for your deception. I've not experienced this kind of stuff myself as I don't own any recent JLC watch (although I would be quite happy to and it may hopefully happen in the next months). You're not the first to tell us this kind...
