Thanks for report!

Wow... this watch brings many thoughts to mind. It seems to be almost unwearable in terms of size. Pictures reveal its element and execution to be at the level of Art, yet... this watch is kind of absurdly huge, even by todays huge watch trend--and it's design seems strictly for the collector who has everything... Still, I admire it for merely Existing--and by that, I mean, it is an awesome achievement to have dreamed it and made the dream come true. I  love all mechanical watches--I can always find something to love... but this one????? I'd have to be veeeeery veeeeery bored with about 150 other high end pieces to buy it... ah but so what! Congratulations to Max Busser and thanks again a great report.

Anyone asked what were we doing with the spark plug?

JX, thanks for the post. Harry, thanks for fantastic pictures, at that dim lighting, we need your spark-plug LED light to see clearly....the pictures are so illuminated! The HM1 looked massive, even in metal, however, it sits and looks pretty good on all ...

What did you use? A Nokia N95? We should have used your camera to do a video of the HM1 watch! Cheers Harry

I shot a whole lot more but he graciously kept them to a handful. After shooting that evening, I handed the CompactFlash card over to him for him to process the images. I am currently so tied up during and after office hours that I do not have the luxury ...
