Problem with JLC
Feb 10, 2018,08:39 AM
When I went to the local AD to buy the watch I realized it was very difficult to read the date during the last 1/3 of the month. If it were 2mm larger diameter it would be much more legible. I really like the big date on this one. Funny but I didn't even realize the moon phase was missing. I suppose a Glashutte is a compromise between the two.

Normally I'd prefer January at the 12 o'clock position. Patek, for example, always puts January on the top.

I was all set to buy a JLC MUT Perpetual in black but this picture saved me. I've always wanted a Chopard LUC 2000 Sport but this will be my Chopard.
