Stratos on defy classic rubber
Got myself a Baumgartner striking 10, really like it, cracking watch. Only slight issue I have is the steel bracelet is a bit too shiny, bit bling for me, and as the watch itself has a shiny bezel & silver dial, well it was all a bit 'silvery'. Saw in another thread here that the 'daytona' case attached links can be removed, which is a good job as leather/rubber straps that join to those just look wrong IMHO, so anyway unscrewed those & dug out my 'old' zenith classic, hoping the black rubber strap would fit the newer stratos case...guess what it did!!..chuffed, its slightly doesn't sit perfect, but its a good enough fit, and I think it looks really good, very pleased with it as it has the rounded case hugging lug end which to my mind looks nicely fitted.
I note on ebay there is a few 23mm leather versions of the strap as well in black & brown so may well pick one of those up too.
Anyway couple of pics...

I too am a 'serial strap' changer, its a curse!!. I would love to see a titanium stratos with a less shiny black bezel, love the mat effect of titanium, SS polished is a bit 'bright' for me
