It has been almost a week since Julien Tornare presented me with my Defy Lab and since then it has been firmly strapped to my wrist... but in the craziness of Basel (think on average 3 hours sleep per night), I had not got around to posting any pictures! ...

Quite reminiscent of AP's frosted gold. I like the texture.

The material is called Aeronith which is an aluminium alloy and has a strange texture. Close up it is totally different to the frosted gold which is quite unformed whereas this one has more texture similar to that of a raw material. Its difficult to descr... 

Amazing can be an overused word .. But i must just say, this is an AMAZING watch, case, layout and the tech behind the movement Many congrats and wear it in the best of health !
