More is less?
This dial would irk many here as I myself have been an advocate of simplicity. Plus the fact that it's a 24 hr. dial and requires a whole new way of reading the time, you may think I have gone off my rockers! But a watch for me isn't about being practical anymore.... 
Time seems to pass slower with the hour hand going around the dial only once in 24hrs.
