Watch Of The Week ...
I would like to start by thanking KMII for hosting this weeks WristScan and his efforts to make it enjoyable for us.
It certainly made for some strong and imaginative competition with some great watches being posted.
KMII started the thread with his beautiful Vacheron, FabR followed it up with that stunning Patek 5177 Boccadasse. As if that wasn’t enough for this weekend Karlstumke showed us the superb Voutilainen, what an incredible dial.
Nicolas followed all this up with some superb images of his rare Tornek Rayville, gets me every time I see it. I could mention many other wonderful pieces but I have to make a final decision.
This weeks winner of Watch Of The Week, has earned the title not just because the watch is a great piece in its own right and believe me it is, but because when the opportunity to buy a watch presents itself we then somehow have to make it a reality, financially.
We’ve all been in this position at one time or another and making it happen is part of the true spirit of our passion for collecting beautiful time pieces. Congratulations Abel !
