What a 4.3 earthquake looks like on a MicroSet graph
Today at 20.38.51 UTC, in the Pacific Ocean 30 Km South West of Lompoc, California, there was an eathquake of 4.3 magnitude at 3km depth.
I felt this one as the house shook slightly sideways.
The left graph is from the Free pendulum of (D)W5, No.5. The red line is the rate and the interference shows as spikes and valleys, the blue line is the amplitude of the pendulum which was slowed down and over 2 hours is increasing amplitude back to normal.
The right hand graph is the slave pendulum to which the "shaker" had a greater short trem effect on the amplitude this is seen in the light blue line.
