Very serviceable and very robust.
I own two of the Audemars implementation (their caliber 2071, without date and with swan's neck regulator). They are extremely sturdy: the four ruby wheels on the winder make it much stronger than its contemporaries. They are also relatively simple movements and their parts are extremely well hardened (unlike more modern parts which tend to be less completely hardened in order to be easier to work). They were made in very small numbers, so I wouldn't expect Vacheron to have replacement parts (although I could be wrong). Your local watchmaker should be able to fabricate replacement parts as well as Vacheron could.
