Yes, it is quite doable, but I totally understand your strategy. I am in the same situation, hoping to find the funds for a watch which haunts me for some months, now.

How much I understand your passion for this watch. I hope you will manage to make it yours!

I had to harass its owner, and he accepted to put it on hold for me. He received higher offers but he prefers that watch goes in my collection. Now, I have to find the funds.
