This updated clasp was provided through the NYC boutique back in 2013, after the button mechanism broke. It has worked flawlessly since. Perhaps if you inquire, they may still have stock. ...

It happened to me on other clasps. I played with the " blade " of the clasp, twisting it a bit et voilà. I would recommend you bring the watch to a VC AD, they may fix it quickly, at least I hope so.

Thanks. I will put the clasp through the ultrasonic cleaner and then see if I can manipulate it.

Unfortunately my closest AD doesn’t repair on site and with border closures my options are limited.

The part number is VMXF240160. I am assuming this is for the newer style clasp as shown in Tick Talk’s post. Price was quite reasonable.
