Seawater Cliff

VC is releasing 4 métiers d'art limited edition pieces representing in two different ways the "Seawater Cliff" motif, a decorative symbol specific to the imperial court of the Ming and Qing dynasties which was embroidered or emblazoned on the ceremonial robe of the emperor, thus embodying stability, peace and longevity, like the unshakeable cliff above the waves.

The first representation of the "Seawater Cliff" motif is called "Eternal flow" and involves cloisonné enamel (and looks pretty psychedelic to me, which I personally like - very 70's vibe).

The second is called "Moonlight slivers" and involves grand feu enamel, hand engraving and diamond-setting.

Have a nice day!
