i have no wrist shots. Had a platinum white dial in sights many years ago. There is also a salmon dial platinum issued as well. There are very nice dimensions on this watch. Very wearable. Best Joe

I passed because the Malte perp chrono came up on offer from my dealer. I have only seen it in plat white dial. I can't comment on other colors, but the salmon dial is similar to my 47101 Lemania chrono in platinum, and I love that combo. Again, any combo...  

The 49005 and 47111 seem to be "water-resistant" from what I see in Antiquorum's descriptions. So I guess there is at least the minimum to avoid humidity to come inside the case. That's all I want. Thanks a lot for your usefull opinion Joe :) Cheers, Mark...

that's what Respo told me. It is nice to have a very reliable movement in a vintage piece. There is a solid caseback but what I like most in the reference is the dial side and its case, so beautiful... Thanks Bill! Cheers, Mark

...on the VC web site that there is no longer an Overseas Chronograph Perpetual Calendar listed, which, if correct, means that the 1136 QP is no longer available in any VC model, not to mention that there is no perpetual chrono Overseas in the lineup. :-(... 

in either the NY Boutique Edition, general VC Boutique edition (with steel and titanium case, gray dial, with yellow chronograph hands), or in the standard rose gold piece. Perhaps they never really took off in the market. Bill

A very handsome watch even if a tad too big for my wrist :-( The 1185 is a most versatile caliber that every collector should experience.
