Back in my VC days, I wanted one very badly the turndown was that I’m left handed and can’t wear watches on my left hand.
I contacted VC regarding a costume lefty model, but the price was astronomical... I saw somewhere on the net a lefty steel blue dial piece. Nevertheless thank you for reminding me this great reference.

I wonder if its really fun to read the time with this watch but it seems to since many people seem to enjoy this watch.

designed this way so the 12 and 6 axis would look vertical when worn on the inside of the wrist while gripping a steering wheel?
This watch could become my first VC.
My only concern: the crown is in a very exposed position and therefore might be easier damaged than with crown guards or at least with a „classic“ position at 3 (or 9). What do you think respectively what is your experience? Best Thomas
