If Patek did it first...
...everybody else would jump in. It would seem normal.
To me, the brand name on a watch seems normal only because we're used to seeing it. But it takes away valuable space that could be used for something else.
It's almost as bad as perpetual calendars that have the subdials labeled 'day,' 'month,' etc. If I bought the watch, would I be able to figure out/learn what the subdials are for?

I’m with you about the retrograde date numerals. They’re slightly too big. Regarding the moon phase, I would have preferred a bigger one with the same numeral size
But this VC has definitely a lot of charm for me. Two slow complications together on the same dial is a good idea in my opinion. Best wishes Alkiro

I also would have preferred a bigger moonphase with the same numeral size. Anyway this Patrimony is really appealing and retrograde is one of my favourite feature so I am happy that they have reissued this feature, which it seemed to be a bit forgotten. B...

...and I agree that the retrograde dates could have been smaller and away from the perimeter a little more. But to do that, the logo/name would have to be either moved or eliminated. Question: when will a manufacturer have the nerve to take their name/log...
