if only I could take photos like that! A great venue and lovely food. Watch-wise, the highlight of the evening for me, the world timer, which I reckon VC have underpriced. Not often you find yourself saying that in the world of haute horlogerie. Ref 2253 ... 

I almost fell off my chair when with that backside picture following the World Time watch...until I realized it was the perpetual calendar Ref. 43175! Very tricky ;-) Isn't Christian helpful......  

The transparent back after the 2011 Worldtimer picture is indeed from the 43175! Christian? A true gentleman!

Used a Canon 7D + the cheap (but good value for money) Sigma 17-70 and 580EXII flashgun (next time will bring diffuser) Y

Vacheron wasn t short of breathtaking pieces ,my beloved 1921,the new WT but most of all the Chagall Opera miniature which stole my heart. I ve never seen such a display of true craftmanship,a masterpiece.No wonder VC decided to keep it. I would love to t...
