Finally traveling again.

This was my first time in an airport lounge in over a year. Great to be back, and good to have a companion for the journey.

Seems like we are getting closer to a return of some (not all) normalcy here in the States. This was a good first step to test the waters.

Excellent! Indeed, normalcy won't be fully reached for as long as masks are mandatory (or even suggested), but we are definitely getting closer here in the US! ;-) Enjoy your flight and beautiful VC.

Just a short flight in the US only. I can only dream about international travel - and would need to bring my GMT Master II to commemorate it.

It was quite amazing, even to be on a small plane for a regional flight. I am getting the itch to travel again on a regular basis.

I can assure you it was not quite "laid back" since my two kids were running around off camera somewhere. But otherwise it was GREAT to travel again.
