Both beautiful. Tough choice.
For me I would pick the Overseas. I love the shine of the dial and of course the beautiful blue color. The 222 is very nice but I even prefer the dimensions of the overseas. For the bracelet there is no comparison; the 222 hands down. But as someone else mentioned I do love the option of the rubber or leather quick change strap.
Of the 222 model I much prefer the stainless steel.

For me 222 is the obvious choice here.
Nothing wrong with a gold tool watch ( and it is very very beautiful I can’t deny it ) but to me it feels like an oxymoron, the gold 222 is much more rooted in its design and aesthetic imho.
