Very nice catch, my friend! This 1821 is so original and elegant! The buckle is another very nice detail which I love a lot on VC watches. Some brands should take some inspiration from VC: The buckle is not only useful, it can also be a piece of Art. Huge...

for committing to this absolutely stunning piece. I tried it on last year and was pretty much ready to buy, but something else "got in the way". By the way, do you know why VC decided to change the orientation of the small seconds compared to the original... 

it was peeping out of the cuff from the "bad guy" in Wall Street 2 - first time i saw it - wish they would also make it for right-hand-wearers (like the original at the time) - not that i am in the market right now

Hi Respo, I don't know if you, or anybody else, remembers the 70s TV show "Love, American Style" - but that's what first popped into my mind. Now that beautiful 1921 - much nicer and more preferred imagery!!! It looks great on your wrist and hope it bring...

You were, I think, the first to gently steer me toward VC. So, you are to be thanked and blamed, my friend. ;-) Ah, yes, the buckle. I have been crazy about the Maltese Cross buckle for some time now. The 1921 provided me with the perfect excuse to get on...
